Ordering beef directly from a farmer is different than going to the grocery or market. Our goal is to make the process as easy and fun as possible. Knowing where your food comes from makes it that much more fulfilling.  It’s rewarding to know that our hard work and tireless hours spent at the ranch is benefitting others as well as generations to come.

how to order bulk beef

Beef can be purchased in quarter, half or whole cow portions, as well as individual cuts.  Please see our menu page for pricing.

how much storage space do i need?

We recommend you have at least a chest freezer to store a quarter cow.

what are the benefits of grass fed beef?

With our farming practices, we’re able to bring you great tasting beef with exceptional nutritional value. Grass-fed and -finished beef is known to offer significant health benefits:

  • Lower in total calories and fat (up to 1/3 less) compared to conventional feedlot beef
  • Extra Omega-3 fatty-acids – heart friendly, brain supporting, and a potent weapon against cancer
  • Richest known source of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), another known cancer fighter
  • Extra amounts of antioxidant vitamins including Vitamin E.

where do i pick up my beef?

At this time, we offer pickup at The Ranch, or local delivery for a small fee. If you purchase beef in bulk, you can pick up at the processor or at our Farm.

how do i pay for my beef?

At this time, we accept checks, cash or PayPal as forms of payment.

When purchasing beef in bulk (1/4, 1/2 or whole cow) we request a $200 deposit.
